# Five Taiwan industrial computer makers post 4th straight month of sizzling YoY growth

Five Taiwan-listed makers of ruggedized computers for factories and machines took in NT$31.6 billion (about US$975 million) in September, 54% more than a year earlier, according to their monthly revenue filings with the [Taiwan Stock Exchange](https://openapi.twse.com.tw/v1/opendata/t187ap05%5FL?ref=asia-tech-news.ghost.io) and the [Taipei Exchange](https://www.tpex.org.tw/openapi/v1/mopsfin%5Ft187ap05%5FO?ref=asia-tech-news.ghost.io). It was the group’s fourth month in a row above 50%. 

The group includes:

- [Ennoconn](https://www.ennoconn.com/tw/?ref=asia-tech-news.ghost.io) (樺漢), the largest, reported NT$17.8 billion (about US$547 million), up 45.3%.
- Taipei-based [Advantech](https://www.advantech.com/?ref=asia-tech-news.ghost.io) (研華) rose 73.1% to NT$10.7 billion (about US$331 million).
- [Adlink](https://www.adlinktech.com/?ref=asia-tech-news.ghost.io) (凌華) grew 50.5% to NT$1.53 billion (about US$47 million).
- [Axiomtek](https://www.axiomtek.com.tw/?ref=asia-tech-news.ghost.io) (艾訊) 37.0% to NT$889 million (about US$27 million).
- [Nexcom](https://www.nexcom.com.tw/?ref=asia-tech-news.ghost.io) (新漢) rose 80.2% to NT$724 million (about US$22 million), after a 16% fall a year earlier.

The reasons for the increases among the group were varied. The two largest, Advantech and Ennoconn, credit chip and AI-related demand; the other three give no detail beyond stronger orders. 

Advantech's chief financial officer, Eric Chen (陳清熙), [said in remarks reported by cnyes](https://uanalyze.com.tw/articles/2491956682?ref=asia-tech-news.ghost.io) (鉅亨網) that third-quarter revenue passed US$1 billion, helped by edge AI and strong demand from semiconductor equipment and robots. 

In its [August investor call](https://advcloudfiles.advantech.com/investor/Events/Advantech%5F1H26%5FEarnings%5FCall%5FTranscript%5FEnglish.pdf?ref=asia-tech-news.ghost.io), Advantech said its server and cloud-related products more than doubled in the first half. It said demand in its semiconductor business came mainly from North America, helped by continued heavy capital spending by the four big US cloud providers. Advantech's orders have been running ahead of its shipments: it said July orders reached a record US$574 million, about 1.64 times what it shipped that month.

The company also said pricing supplied 12.8 percentage points of its 33.2% first-half growth in US dollar revenue, about 38% of the total, mainly by passing on higher costs for memory chips and solid-state drives. In August it said it had started a second round of price increases. 

Ennoconn's growth reaches beyond computers. Its smart factory and facilities business, which automates and integrates systems for new chip plants, AI data centers and factories, grew fastest in the first half, [according to investor-call notes published by Fugle](https://blog.fugle.tw/post/earnings-call-6414-2026-07-14?ref=asia-tech-news.ghost.io) (富果). That business grew by double digits in September as chip-plant projects progressed, Ennoconn [said, according to UAnalyze](https://uanalyze.com.tw/articles/6263556706?ref=asia-tech-news.ghost.io) (優分析).
